When you purchase SMS credits, you're buying immediate access to our messaging infrastructure and carrier networks. This transaction is completed the moment credits appear in your account.
Refunds may be considered in these exceptional circumstances:
Our platform fails to credit your account with purchased SMS units within 48 hours of confirmed payment, despite our technical team's intervention attempts.
Complete service unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, preventing any message delivery.
Verified duplicate payments due to technical errors in our payment processing system, with clear transaction evidence.
Verified unauthorized transactions on your account that resulted in SMS credit purchases without your consent.
Email accounts@bulksmsnigeria.com within 14 days of the issue occurrence with detailed documentation.
Include payment receipts, transaction IDs, screenshots, and detailed description of the issue.
Our team will investigate the claim within 7-10 business days and respond with findings.
If approved, refunds are processed within 30-60 business days via the original payment method.
A 5% administrative processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds to cover banking and administrative costs.
Approved refunds take 30-60 business days to process, depending on your bank and payment method. International transfers may take longer.
